Users mailbox reaches over 2,456,632 K of Memory when opened, how to repair this?
One of our clients has a remote desktop server that a lot of users connect to and so at times can get very slow when resources are all in use. I have noticed that a certain users outlook is running at 2,456,632 K constantly throughout the day. I would like to know what could potentially be causing this.
I have tried steps like running a mailbox repair, checking add-ins etc, but to no avail. I even thought that maybe it was outlook related rather than the mailbox, but if I open the mailbox on my account as the primary mailbox, it does the same thing, on the same server and others. However it doesn't do it opened as a secondary mailbox.
Open to any suggestions you may have. Please let me know if you need more information in case I wasn't very clear :)

We actually have archiving and PST's disabled, as there are so many users that it had a detrimental effect on the system. So don't know if these links will help but I will give them a read.
