Not sure I fully understand your use case, but I have used the following utility (free version available, and paid version with additional functions). &nbsp;It basically can look at emails in Outlook, save the attachment out to a drive, and then places a reference to the external file in the original email. &nbsp;Might be useful, take a look.<br />
