there are 2 mailbox servers which are on same esx host.

one shows outdated NIC and storage driver the other shows none when I run best practice analyzer.

I am attaching snapshot of both server config, is there any difference

Update the version of Vmware tools, but do this out of hours most likely the server will need a restart.

To avoid the issue, which we have already discussed, update the host ESXi, and then Upgrade the tools, but as you are running Windows 2008 OS, there may not be a new version of the drivers

agreed
i have seen this before in the past where ExBPA shows that but the drivers from vmware tools are the latest so it can be ignored
it just assumes there is a new driver because the age is beyond x months
