Onedrive sync errors-Duplicate folders

THis is an ongoing problem for me and no one has a solution for me. we have office 365 so i'm syncing my Onedrive files to several of my computers. On Two of my three computers i get the "you already have a file or folder with this name..."

Someone suggested that i delete the folders on my O365 portal but i shouldn't have to do that because that would affect the one computer that is working correctly. I've deleted these folders many times on the computers that are getting the errors, that works for a week or so but then they come back.
I'm the IT Admin for our organization and i need to be able to fix this issue for others.

The "trick" is to let OneDrive "create" those folders, by allowing it to sync them after the initial config (or you can later readjust it via Settings). Once the folder is synced, you can move any new files/folders and it should work as expected. Same for the "files on demand" configuration, if you are using Windows 10 Fall creators update.
