I need to find logs on our IIS server that identify users that connected, either user name or IP

We have several IIS servers that are Windows 2012 r2. I was just asked to produce logs that identify usernames or IP address of individual users that logged in, what time, etc. I sent our Developers logs out of C:\inetpub\LogFiles\W3SVC1  and they do not identify and individual users. Is there another place I should be looking?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
