it looks like ur command is wrong , example why we have list at end when u are creating cresendialstore ?
Examples
The following examples illustrate how you can interact with the credential store.
1
Add a new credential store entry.
dcli com vmware cis tagging tag list +credstore-add +username user1
2
Remove a credential store entry.
dcli +credstore-remove +server <server> +username user1
3
List all credential store entries.
dcli +credstore-list
I have not done the command in Vcli only in DCLI
once you get in to interactive mode , do you see the prompt getting changed to dcli ?
Yes it dose on the VCSA directly i have not done it on the vcli

As it dose not work on that
Do I use vcli or DCLI
Please find the attached example.

attached the result
the last one i entered the command incorrectly
AND THIS
dvli-3.PNG
did not attach here it is
To have the it worked , please login with administrator@vsphere.local

The error posted you do not have access to run the command.
The problem I have is the administrator has been removed form  administrator group vcenter client and I am unable to add it back into the group

This is the only administrator account I have
What others permission do I need to get access to it
In that case you would required to deploy new vCenter server. If you have created snapshot any change you may revert back to time before you have removed the administrator.
That is all
