Domain controller issues

Having some issues with a server and it's domain controller. It's now requiring all domain workstations to sign in to connect to it after every restart. I'm not sure what happened and checked a few essential network services but everything seems ok. Any ideas?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Review computer accounts on the DC are the accounts stale (expired)?
Time between the DC and work stations in sync?
Review the system logs on the workstations and security logs on the DC.

you may have enabled in a gpo \Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\Security Options

Network access: Do not allow storage of passwords and credentials for network authentication

This security setting determines whether Credential Manager saves passwords and credentials for later use when it gains domain authentication.
If you enable this setting, Credential Manager does not store passwords and credentials on the computer.
If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, Credential Manager will store passwords and credentials on this computer for later use for domain authentication.
Note: When configuring this security setting, changes will not take effect until you restart Windows.
Default: Disabled.
