iSCSIPrt error

On a Dell Equallogic SAN, we have two VMWare ESXi Hosts and each have one clustered Win2016 servers, with SQL2016.  All had been working fine, but now get the attached error, even though both servers are connected to the SAN volume via iSCSI.

Any ideas where to look?  Please note that the servers are connecting on IP address to the SAN, not on CHAP.

Thanks

it can be "timing" issue related to some  network saturating activities?
in any case: You need to start with checking and patching  drivers and firmware (if need)
