I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It sounds like you are looking for HTML for Applications, or HTA for short.  Basically this allows you to embed your VBS script in an HTML file that renders in the browser when you execute it, and then can run the procedures of VBscript (or Javascript) as desired.  If you start from a simple "Hello world" example template (plenty on the web) then you can get the idea pretty quickly, and then look at how you might implement your VBS script as an HTA.

Take a look at the following references on the subject and see if this gives you some ideas.
