Try plugging your keyboard into a different USB port.<br />

Also try a different keyboard and see if maybe your keyboard has started to malfunction.<br />

Allow to complete, restart and test.

Look on the notification area of the task bar and see if Office Clipboard isn't active. If it is, right click and choose to configure the options so that it will not intercept native Windows functionality

I am having trouble cutting objects with my Keyboard
