I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I don't there there are any "industry standards", however if you google around a bit for things like "erp selection matrix", or "erp rfi" or "erp rfp" you will likely find some examples that you can build off.

When I worked in higher education, I would often limit the google search to websites / webpages that were from domains ending in EDU.  That helped find information more relevant to my industry.

There are pay services / companies that provide this type of information as well, but I suspect you can find quite a bit freely available on the internet as well.
