CDBurnerXP is a freebie to take those optical disks and create ISOs. We did that a long time ago when it was not so common to download them from Microsoft's and other vendor's sites.<br />

I've not used an actual optical drive in at least half a decade!

I added &nbsp;a new 2016 Hyper-V server. &nbsp;It gets the message (see attached) failed to change state. &nbsp;<br />

I've added plenty before and never seen this.<br />

I added  a new 2016 Hyper-V server.  It gets the message (see attached) failed to change state.  

I've added plenty before and never seen this.

How do I fix this?

Administration and configuration of the host OS and the guest virtual machines is generally done over the network.
