Windows 10 'Cortana' - how to (if at all possible) launch / load from the D.O.S Command Line ?

Microsoft 'Cortana' is greaT software!

Do I have to mouse-click on the 'Cortana' icon each and every time I wish it to perform a specific task ?

Q. to Xperts Xchange Team:
How to launch from the D.O.S Command Line ?
is Windows 10 'Cortana' loaded via a single EXECUTABLE file (*.EXE) ?
or a single executable file followed by one or more switches ? (/) (/)
All I could locate was Cortana's Windows 10 Directory:

Indeed there are a few *Exe files residing in the above directory,  however, none of which loaded 'Cortana'
with its Search Box to either Type in my request or perform a specific Voice command.

I then looked in Task Manager to see if I could run these *.Exe files as Administrator but was hesitant
to continue when there was a prompt : 'Do you want this app from an 'unknown publisher' (well it is Microsoft I guess),
to make changes to your device ?'

Any suggestions ?

Kindly appreciate your help,

It cannot be run from the command line
From the command line?
Why wouldn't you just talk to cortana or type into its field?

No, it cannot. It is only available in Universal Windows apps.

It is possible to add these interop libraries to a console app but that will only give the functionality, not the interface (GUI)

Perhaps you misunderstood me.
I was referring to a Cortana PRE-Loading command.
I simply asked if one must mouse-cick the Cortana icon in order to load and reload... and reload... it time and again ?
A batch file run from the D.O.S command line would be a fine (mouse-click free) workaround solution to the otherwise
non-D.O.S command line responsive app (in this 'Launch App' case, perhaps, Cortana does respond to other D.O.S command line Prompts),
do you not agree ?

Again. Why preload? Cortana is activated through "hey cortana". Are you aware how that works? See
