Reliable mailbox transfer

I have to transfer several mailboxes from hmailserver (connected via IMAP) to an Exchange 2016. The biggest of these mailboxes has about 40 GB mails.

All methods use so far either create errors or incomplete mailboxes:
  • Transfer via MailStore Server (Import via IMAP, Export to Exchange or PST or Outlook
  • Thunderbird connected via IMAP to both mailservers and manually copy/paste mail folders
  • Outlook dito

Additional problem ist that none of the methodes used gives a report of mails transferred per folder. Thus I have to manualle check source mailbox and target mailbox.

Can you give me an idea of the most realiable methode (optimally reporting the mails transferred per folder)?

Many thanks - Michael

Those are pretty big mailboxes.

I'd use migrationwiz
It's what I use when everything letting me struggle. you need to buy a license for each mailbox creating errors.
Also, have reports for data transferred (total not by folders).

Thanks, but : Unfortunately the customer only has slow internet connextio. Thus any solution via Internet for 40 GB mailboxes will not work..
