Re-add VMs back to ESXi

Hi all.
I had 1 V6.0  ESXi server server which i had running inside vmware workstation. I deployed vSphere, added the ESXi host and created 3 VMs on the ESXi host which were in an attached scis drive (data store).
I lost the ESXi host - it failed, i deleted it.
I have added a new host and attached the original Datastore. How can i re-add my 3 VMs? I only seem to see the option of creating a new VM.
Thank you.

if you follow my article in Step 6.Register the cloned/copied virtual machine with the Inventory onwards you can see how to do this, step by step with screenshots.

HOW TO: Clone or Copy a virtual machine in VMware vSphere Hypervisor ESX/ESXi 4.x or ESXi 5.0

The procedure is the same for 5.x, 6.0

Hi. I'm leaving this question open for now to raise another issue i have that is preventing me from re-adding my VMs.
Yep - you see my other question? I had assumed I'd add the datastore straight back and then re-add my VMs, but no...
Thank you both. Data store re-attached as are VMs.
