unable to upgrade /Uninstall IE8 from win2k8R2

Hello All

I am looking help to upgrade IE 8 to IE9 on window 2008R2. I tried MS link but seem this link not working properly  & its not downloading the file.

If i am trying to upgrade IE8 with IE 10 then prerequisite require IE9.

If upgrade not working... is there any ways to uninstall the IE8 and install IE 9/10

Make sure you have installed all Prerequisites for installing Internet Explorer 9

I also suggest to use Internet explorer 11.
