Using outlook 2016, my client was continually prompted for their password . I found a solution online and followed the steps. Afterwards, outlook hung on loading profile. I deleted the profile and tried to create a new one, but an error message is displayed and I cannot create a new profile now. I tried reinstalling office , but that did not work. This has been going on for about a month and the client is getting pretty annoyed with the outlook web app. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
