Create a angular ng-pattern expression for phone number

Have  an HTML5 "tel" control and I wanted the user to enter phone number with any of the following format

(404) 555-1111
404-555-1111
40405551111

I have an ng-pattern to handle the 10 digit. The max length should be between 10 and 14
ng-pattern = "/^(\d{10})$/"

How can I create a regular expression to do this,,

Thanks for your help

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
