How to obtain Server 2016 minidumps when OS won't boot

What's the easiest way to obtain Server 2016 minidumps when the OS won't boot?

I need to obtain and submit these minidumps for analysis for a Server 2016 OS that Bluescreens every time it boots.

What is the easiest way to do this?

If you have single disk (non raid) you can try using it onto another PC as secondary disk or use the USB adapter.

Bluescreen is usually related to the faulty RAM memory or slot, or faulty driver (90% USB driver). Run the memory test or hardware diagnostic, and if that pass well then try reinstalling drivers.

For reinstalling the drivers try Acronis Universal Restore bootable disk.

Good luck
Boot from a Windows CD (DVD) or Windows bootable USB Key so that the machine starts. Then see if you can access the minidump folder and get the files.
