I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Block inheritance of the GPO's applying at OUIII. In GPMC.msc right click OUIII and select "Block inheritance".

Or create a supplemental GPO at that level that overrides the settings.

No, I cannot do that.  If I right clicked OUIII and block inheriance, GPO1&2 will not be applied.  I need GPO1&2 to be applied to OUIII.

This is fine, block inheritance and link GPO1 and GPO2 to OUIII.
