Issue with WSUS server needing a reboot everyday

We just setup a new WSUS server version 6.3 running on server 2012 R2.
It seems to be brining in the pc fine during the day, but each morning when I go into the WSUS console, I get the error message that says: An error occurred when trying to connect to the WSUS server.
When I check the event view there are errors in there complaining about all of the SUS components not running.
If I reboot the server, which I have to do every morning, then the WSUS works fine and then over night it stops working once again.
Any ideas on what I can do here would be appreciated.

It looks like some WIndows Services crashing on your server.
Next time when you'll get this error, go to Services and check if all services are working.
Check Windows System and Application event log looking for errors and warnings.
If you'll find service that is not started and it should be because his status is set to automatic start, start service manually and check if WSUS console can be started again.

GO back to service properties and Recovery tab
Set Restart service on all failure options with restart service after 1 minute

This will give you automatic healing option and time to investigate using event log what is causing problem

When it occurs all of the update services are in a stopped condition.. Have not been able to see why this is occurring but it keeps happening each night and as I said, I have to reboot it every day. Not sure what is goin on

Ok so if I set all of the WSUS services to that, I understand it should restart all and get it running again but how do I find out what is causing them to stop in the first place?
I have been checking the event viewer but cant seem to pin point anything that maybe the cause.

Also I forgot to mention that when the wsus stops working, I have checked the wsus services and it still shows that it is running and I even do a restart to the service but still cannot get into the console nor do any pcs check in until I do a reboot.

WSUS is tied to SQL if all WSUS services are running and you still can run console, check SQL services status.
It must be also something in your system event log.

Try use filter on event log and filter to show only errors.
Go through errors and try to find error about SQL or WSUS and post it here
