I understand taking Snapshots and keeping it on a Virtual Machine &nbsp;for more than 72 hours is not recommended due to various reasons. &nbsp; Is there an alternative &nbsp;to keep a VM or &nbsp;Snapshot &nbsp;separately. &nbsp; &nbsp;The reason is &nbsp; after multiple Snapshots are created, we do not want to delete the SnapShots; At the same time work on the Original configuration of the VM. I understand taking Snapshots and keeping it on a Virtual Machine  for more than 72 hours is not recommended due to various reasons.   Is there an alternative  to keep a VM or  Snapshot  separately.    The reason is   after multiple Snapshots are created, we do not want to delete the SnapShots; At the same time work on the Original configuration of the VM. How can it be maintained

Alternative to SnapShot in Vsphere 6.0
