I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Teams is a bit... random with audio devices, make sure the right one is selected. When you are in a call, click the gear icon in the top right corner and change the device as needed.

There is no gear icon in the top right corner, thanks.

Yes there is, start a call or meeting and hover in the top right corner to show it. You can also try changing the default communication device in Sounds settings in the Control Panel.
