We had a SQL admin to leave the company, and he created a SQL server for our hosted Help Desk system.
We are trying to get into the SQL server with the SA account, but no one knows the password.
Is there a way to reset the SA password, without having an account to access the SQL server?

We actually purchased a product called, SQL Server Password Changer.
Is there an app that uses the Database? There may be a connection string in the configuration that contains the info you need to get in.
