@Mahesh: Why not post a link to recommended hardware? The MS sites I found only list required hardware
Agreed Shaun
However we cannot guarantee Office proplus performance if we get bigger config as nobody will purchase machines only for proplus, he must be running other softwares which can eatup more system resources
better is to highlight minimum requirements and OP can decide machine config based on overall use ase as per my view

OP wants the hardware requirement for o365 because users say it is slow.
I am saying that if these users are running the required hardware, it does not mean it will not run slow, it only means that is should run.
This is the reason that I am suggesting we get recommended and not required specs because then OP has something to explain why o365 is slow.

What applications specifically?
If Outlook, I would bet Cached Exchange Mode is not enabled--and it should be.
If OneDrive, Word, Excel, I would bet the files being opened are not local.
Can you verify?

Since O365 is a cliud based syatem, the perceived slowness coukd be related to the Internet Connection speed, particularly if using an asynchronous service where the uplink is far slower than the downlink.
it might also be down to the browser performance in the devices themselves.

Since O365 is a cliud based syatemNo, OP is referring to the installed version of Office that comes with o365 E3
So slow or contended internet connections will result in slow email.delivery, slow access documents and this slow uploads/downloads via OneDrive for Business etc.
that office application is slow
