Very slow internet speeds when connected to Pulse Secure VPN.

Does anyone have any idea on how to speed up the connections? I have a few people that their internet speed slow down to 1 tenth of what their speeds should be. The laptops are Dell Latitude 7480's

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Have you set the Pulse client application for split tunneling?   I use NCP Secure Entry and I set it for split tunneling to get normal internet speeds outside of the VPN tunnel.

I am not sure on the client side but I know I have that with my company. I will have to do further investigation.

Here is the Pulse document for split tunneling.

This is a Juniper client application for Juniper SRX.  Juniper uses NCP for other models.

Hey John I checked with the team these suggestions were right on the money. BUT the real problem was water in her lines. I am accepting this as the fix because the VPN team said this is what we have it set to. Thank you!
