Exchange 2010 - Closing anonymous user access to open relay

Hi, I've just taken on a 2011 SBS server and we're having a few issues with it so I ran the Exchange BPA and one of the errors it has come up with is relating to a relay that was set up to allow email to be sent from multi function printers on the network.  The error says "Receive connector 'servername\Fax/Printer' has been configured to allow open relay to anonymous users.  Can someone please tell me if this is incorrect, and how to fix it, we only need these devices to send scans by email to users on the local network.

I attach a couple of screen shot of the settings for this connector

Many thanks

this is a normal behavior, since printers usually send email anonymously. That is why ppl create connector, and assigne anonymous permissions.

That connector will receive email only from ip addresses listed in that TFC-con-1.PNG, eg. those 4 addresses of printers.
If you ever change printer ip, then change it on that connector and that is it.

Ah that's great thanks very much, I'll leave it as it is then!

Many thanks
