How to run a check/verify of local user profiles for a remote desktop setup.

I have 300 users whom intermittently use one of our rdp servers.  We recently had a couple of profiles show as corrupt, and i'd like to check the rest of the profiles for any issues.  Is there a program out there for that?  Should i just use chkdsk for that, or is there a tool which will only check on the user profiles?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
