Change Reply-To or From address for incoming Internet email

Is there a way to change the Reply-To or From address from incoming Internet email with the Exchange 2016 Mailbox or Edge roles?  Is there a way to accomplish this with transport rules or address rewriting?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Those are set by the sender, why would you want to change them to something else?

It's to address a specific use case involving email systems that auto-respond.  If the system receives a specific email from an external sender, we do not want the system to auto-respond externally to the sender, but we do want to be informed about the auto-response and want a response to go to an internal distribution list.

Your best bet would be to create a rule under mail flow. Specify the Sender and tell it to redirect the message to a specific distribution list. For the Auto-Respond, depends on how you have that setup.
