I am specifically looking for the payout as per the image - I recently saw the exact window dialog in an older program and couldn't locate spy++ quick enough to get the classes ... I am looking for it as opposed to reinventing the wheel ... but if necessary will create a usercontrol for the purpose ...

I know I ve seen one out there ...
