A Yahoo user has reported that ever since the Yahoo website change around Christmas he has lost all of his contacts and notes.<br />

What do we need to do to get his contacts and notes back within Yahoo? He reports that he has 10 years worth of data stored within the Yahoo contacts and notes and we can't afford to loose this data.
