Netgear ReadyNas error- used disks check Raidar

Hi One of my disks failed in my RN10400 device, i have replaced the disk but now the error above appears. There are 4 disks in a raid 5 . I can't get into the OS - i have tried reinstalling this.
anyone have an idea how i can get this back working or recover the data?

Did you try clean disk before ?
It looks like disk contain some data or partition and Netgear have problem to identify if this disk is available for Raid.

I would recommend remove disk, connect to computer using regular SATA cable or USB-to-Sata adapter

Run Diskpart
List Disk
select disk 1     (if this number is your new disk in system)
clean
Exit

This will remove all partitions from drive.
After that try to put drive back to Netgear.
Pull out all the disks and see if you can get to Raidar.
If not ,just insert the new one by itself and see if you can get to Raidar and initialize it.
