Exchange 2010 - Not seeing all users with full access permission in EMC

Hello Everyone,

I have a disabled user I am getting ready to delete.  I went through exchange to see if had full access permissions on any mailboxes.  I ran the command Get-Mailbox | Get-MailboxPermission -User "Username".  The results showed a few mailboxes that this person had full access permissions.  I went into the emc found one of the mailboxes and clicked on "Full Access permissions".  I see users, but I did not see the user I want to remove.

I then the command Get-MailboxPermission "Mailbox" and did see his username with full access.

My question is why did he not show up in the emc has having full access permission?

this is strange, EMC uses the same CMD to retrieve the info as you do in EMS, the one reason I could think of is if the user object has any corruption like missing some required attribute. do you get any warnings message if you fetch the disabled user object using the EMS?

Anyways, if its just one user you can remove the permissions using PowerShell and you are good to go, if the problem is with multiple users then I would suggest checking on a different host in EMC etc.
