A TCP "traceroute" run to a domain on a specific port should give a good idea as to where the traffic is being dropped.

After some diagnostics we found out the secondary dns show in the client was pointing to the previous HQ .
As a temporary solution I have fixed a temp IP address and change the secondary dns to 8.8.8.8

question how to add open dns in the DNS external forwarder?
You need to go to the DNS Manager, then right click on the appropriate DNS, then choose Properties. Look within the Forwarders tab. You can add, delete, and reorder forwarders there.
