Cannot "Save All" attachments in Outlook 365 Business

When attempting to save multiple attachments from an email nothing happens. As seen in the screenshot I can select multiple attachments but the will not save locally or to a network share. I can save single attachments with no problem. Anyone know what the issue is?

What version of Outlook do you have? Could be related to an update, and you have to revert to an older version.

The version is Outlook for Microsoft Office 365 Business.. v1711. I spoke with Microsoft and they gave me a workaround to save multiple attachments locally.. by only highlighting one attachment then selecting 'save all'. That method works but I still cannot save multiples to a network share.

What is the server OS of the network share?
