cannot install application

Hi Experts,

I cannot install an application and I get this error:
Error 1324.The path Eigene Bilder contains an invalid character.

Do you have any ideas ?

Run Disk cleanup, Restart your PC and Try to install the program again.

Also you can create a new USER account as administrator and switch into it and try  to install from there and check if it's a User Profile issue.

Yes with another userprofile it was successful.
So this is a user profile issue ?

Try with CCleaner.

Download CCleaner free version. run it >> Registry >> Scan for issues, and finally fix selected issues.  click yes to backup the registry during the process.

The problem are the redirected folders we use in our GPO.
