"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If "unlimited" is truly a must have requirement that that will limit you somewhat.  Less and less solutions out there offer unlimited, I think abuse of those plans was becoming a problem.  So you might want to think about what is a realistic finite amount of storage you will need (1TB, 5TB, 10TB, ...) and then consider options that accomodate that as well.

The multiuser access you implied also rules out many of the cost effective "personal"  solutions like OneDrive, Google Drive, iDrive, ...

Assuming multi-user and unlimited are must haves, then take a look at Box and Google G Suite.  They are considerably cheaper than what you mentioned from Dropbox and might meet your needs.

One Drive and google Drive are both over $1000 and Idrive has a 5gig Limit

They currently have 6.9 gigs working data and it grows fast every day

Google G Suite for Business for 3 users says it would be 3*10*12 = $360/year, or am I missing something?

And Box Business looks like 3*15*12 = $540/year.

7GB is very small, many of the cloud solutions will have relatively low cost offerings for limits of .5 ot 1TB, which would hold over 100 times their current data.

cloudberry drive (<$50 per computer one time charge) and your cloud provider of choice.. Amazon S3, Google Drive, Azure.  for long term storage Amazon Glacier is hard to beat for pricing. (Up to 5 hour retrieval times)
