There is no "easy" answer to your question. You need to learn the basics of ASP .NET MVC by looking for online documentation, tutorials, training, and even books. I took the Channel 9 class that Microsoft offers, and I learned a lot by using that. You can also search for and find multiple tutorials online and online documentation to help.

The core concepts are that the Controller is the central "clearing house" for requests coming into an MVC site. MVC follows certain conventions that .NET MVC follows, and you'll need to learn those.

I'm fairly new to MVC myself, so I'm still learning too. The key concepts are based on passing the model (data) to the view using the controller, understanding how this works, and working within the bounds of this methodology.
