Skype for Business

hi we have a hybrid Office 365 environment

Skype is working fine for users, there is a small amount at present

Created a new account, migrated to office365 and email can be sent to it etc

However when try to use Skype for Business login, get error  Error " Skype for Business couldn't find a Skype for Business Server for Domain.com, There might be an issue with the Domain Name System (DNS) configuration for your domain. Please contact support .... "

All i see are DNS fixes, yet it works fine for my login, using E1 with the test account

Any ideas?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Make sure you are using the correct SIP address, as it might be different from the UPN. Just to exclude any issues with DNS, you can use "manual configuration" as detailed for example here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_sfb-mso_winother-mso_o365b/unable-to-login-to-skype-for-business/20db3baf-b0e9-4b3e-ac3f-9ad31ee3ec52?auth=1

Also, since you mentioned Hybrid, do you have On-Prem SfB server too and if so, how have you configured it for Hybrid and how are you migrating the users over?
