How to display page title in Wordpress theme

It appears the page title isn't showing up on a lot of my pages. I am sure it is the theme or plugin I am using.

For instance:

You see the space where it should say "Jobs" in header is blank.

How would I go about fixing this?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Is that not a custom attribute on the page perhaps? Edit page and check please

When I view the source code of the page, I see the <h1></h1> tag is empty. I'd assume that's where the job title (Daytime Cook Position) would land in theory:

empty h1 tag
In the interface where you are entering the job position, is there some sort of "heading" or "title" other than the job title that you can edit?
