Woocommerce orders & emails

Can someone point me to some documentation or a good plug-in that will allow me to customize the woocommerce order checkout and follow email process? A lot of our customers are retired and older and still want to print their orders and pay with a check so I need to add a print button at the end of the order process.  I also need a way to make the emails our customers get have the same look as I site, same branding (colors, graphics etc.). Surely there is an easy way to do--I have looked at https://woocommerce.com/products/conversio/ and it seems like it may work but I would think such a popular ecommerce platform would allow basic email branding -- it seems with woocommerce all "standard" ecommerce needs require another $69 to $129 a year plug-in. Thank you.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

the woocommerce plugin I use to brand my invoices and email invoices is :

"WooCommerce Print Invoices/Packing Lists"
here:
https://woocommerce.com/products/print-invoices-packing-lists/

how to customise is here:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-print-invoice-packing-list/

this is $49 /year

This plugin deals with PRINTING  invoices, your notes even say printing invoices, I am looking for a way to brand all the default emails that are sent out automatically when people use woocommerce, all those emaisl found in the email tab in woocommerce, settings namely

emails to our business
New order
Cancelled order
Failed order

emails to our customers
Order on-hold
Processing order
Completed order
Refunded order
Manual Customer invoice / Order details
Customer note
Reset password
New account

and if you go to https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-print-invoice-packing-list/#section-7 it says it only lets you change the emails this plug-in adds not the rest

I found some coding that allowed me to add a print option to the order page--it is a very ugly solution but it seems to be functional. Hopefully I will find a better solution later

<style type="text/css" media="print">
.printbutton {<br />  visibility: hidden;<br />  display: none;<br />}<br /></style>
<h2>Print This Page</h2>
<script>
document.write("<input type='button' " + "onClick='window.print()' " + "class='printbutton' " + "value='Print This Page'/>");
</script>

Open in new window

Unfortunately I ahven't found a way to customize and brand the default emails sent out to customers, not yet anyway.

I know the plugin I mentioned says "printing"  but it also configures the look of the emails.
see the attached emails my customers get .
it includes the logo and our colour scheme
maybe I'm misunderstanding how much you want to redesign the emails

but woocommerce on its own allow you to add a logo and change the color scheme the color of the background of the pink banner (in your examples) and the color of the text--I have read elsewhere I may have to copy all the email templates to my theme folder but I am a bit hesitant trying that at this point in my learning curve.
