I have an HP computer that was running Windows 8.1.<br />

When Microsoft provided the offer (a year or two ago) to do a free upgrade to Windows 10, I when ahead and installed it.<br />
<br />
A few days ago, my computer stopped working, probably after a Windows update, and would never boot into Windows 10 again.<br />
<br />
I received System Recovery media from HP, and did a factory reset.<br />
<br />
Now, windows 8.1 is back on my computer.<br />
<br />
My question is, do I need to purchase Windows 10, or can I do a free upgrade again?
