Can I (re)upprade my HP computer from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 after Factory Image Restore?
I have an HP computer that was running Windows 8.1.
When Microsoft provided the offer (a year or two ago) to do a free upgrade to Windows 10, I when ahead and installed it.
A few days ago, my computer stopped working, probably after a Windows update, and would never boot into Windows 10 again.
I received System Recovery media from HP, and did a factory reset.
Now, windows 8.1 is back on my computer.
My question is, do I need to purchase Windows 10, or can I do a free upgrade again?
