Adding data from a multiple dropdowns into an Infopath textbox multiple times

I have an Infopath form submitting data to a SharePoint Online list. everything works as I want it to except one little thing.

When I select the three drop-down items, I have a rule (Screenshot attached) that puts the data into a text field below.

This works fine for one lot of three selections, however, I want to be able to add multiple selections to the textbox without deleting the previous entries.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can do this?

you need to set the rule on only one of your dropboxes (the third).
then use your rule but in the concat add the field itself also
concat (result, drop1, drop2, drop3)
add any formatting.

the downside is that the result is made upon selection of the 3rd dropdown...
You could work around that by creating a button or a checkbox labeled 'register damage' which would then trigger the rule. this way user can select any dropdown in any order and correct before triggering the rule
