Hi,

you can simple:
1. install certificate into certificate store ( or by going to IIS, click on server name --> server certificates --> import)
2. then go to IIS --> server name --> sites --> click on site --> choose binding on right site of panel and then on SSL port choose to change certificate from a list.

Regards,
Ivan.

Typically you do not reuse the CSR for the last SSL Cert you renewed/purchased.  You go thru the process of creating a new CSR, submitting it and then completing the Certificate Request process.

Then article Paul posted is a good walk thru of the process.
