Audit Who Stopped or Started a Service on a Server

Dear experts,

Need some assistance... trying to figure out on how to capture event IDs that will show WHO stopped or started a service on a server. Please help!

You could use Event triggers in order to run a powershell script that can capture specific data -

@IT_saige, thank you for the note. I think we need to enable audit logging first (which what I'm trying to figure out) before capturing the data. Thank you though for the helpful link.
