I want to find records matching with given date and time

I used following codes but no records to match

Select * FROM sale  where billdate>=#" & Format(fromtime.Value, "dd/MMM/yyyy hh:mm:ss tt") & "# and endtime<=#" & Format(totime.Value, "dd/MMM/yyyy hh:mm:ss tt") & "#"

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Are you using an Access database? can you try a simpler date format like this one:

Select * FROM sale  where billdate>=#" & fromtime.Value.ToString("yyyy/MM/dd") & "# and endtime<=#" & totime.Value.ToString("yyyy/MM/dd")  & "#"
