Greetings wise wizards of EE:
I'm helping a friend who uses Outlook WEB mail (she has an @outlook.com e-mail address, and uses a browser to view her e-mail... she does not use the client program Outlook).
Just recently, she noticed that her Sent mailbox does not show an accurate account of sent messages. It is somewhat random if a sent message will show correctly. She has tried multiple browsers with the same results. I have looked extensively in the "options" available for this account, and there is no option at all for Sent messages.
Her account is a free Microsoft Outlook account, so other than upgrading for additional support, is there anything she can do?
