Sent messages display randomly in Outlook web mail
Greetings wise wizards of EE:
I'm helping a friend who uses Outlook WEB mail (she has an @outlook.com e-mail address, and uses a browser to view her e-mail... she does not use the client program Outlook).
Just recently, she noticed that her Sent mailbox does not show an accurate account of sent messages. It is somewhat random if a sent message will show correctly. She has tried multiple browsers with the same results. I have looked extensively in the "options" available for this account, and there is no option at all for Sent messages.
Her account is a free Microsoft Outlook account, so other than upgrading for additional support, is there anything she can do?
Any suggestions would be most welcome indeed. Many thanks in advance,

Many thanks for your rapid reply, and I greatly appreciate your suggestion. Unfortunately, there are no Sent Item options of any kind (though I will check again). Some of her sent messages do appear in the sent folder, but it is random which ones will... some simply never show up.
I believe the solution is to get Microsoft support involved, as I believe the issue is on the server end, so my friend will likely need to upgrade to a paid account.
