Yes first check if the new profile works and after you can remove it.<br />

Creating the new profile did not correct this issue. I may need to uninstall Outlook and blow away the pst file and start over.

This issue started last &nbsp;month. If I receive and email with multiple attachments and then click File-&gt;Save Attachments and then point to a folder and click OK, nothing happens. It will sit there forever. If I highlight one attachment at a time and click OK, it will save the file and come back.
