Cannot save multiple attachments Outlook 2013

This issue started last  month. If I receive and email with multiple attachments and then click File->Save Attachments and then point to a folder and click OK, nothing happens. It will sit there forever. If I highlight one attachment at a time and click OK, it will save the file and come back.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi,

You should create new profile without removing the old outlook profile

When I create the new profile do I simple change it properties to use the same account and data files as the original profile and then delete the old profile?

Hi,

Yes first check if the new profile works and after you can remove it.

But first check the new profile.

Creating the new profile did not correct this issue. I may need to uninstall Outlook and blow away the pst file and start over.
