AAD Sync error 8344 -Permission -issue

Hello,
I am getting the permission-issue error when running the AAd Sync for 30-40 objects.
Already tried enabling the inheritance but it did not worked.
And AAD Sync server has event id 6100.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Are you saying that those objects are not syncing?

in that case ensure that objects are part of OU which is synchronized with AD Connect

Also check if objects are showing in all users but not in GAL?
IF that is case, then check for duplicate objects either in contacts or users with on premise AD or cloud IDs

Hi Mahesh,

These objects were synced to O365, but the changes are not syncing.
All the objects are part of OU and other objects and changes are syncing and exporting.
and yes these are not showing in GAL as they dont have mailboxes yet.
there are no duplicate items with these objects.

If they r not showing in GAL, this is problem because they would be having mailbox on premise or either they r mail enabled users on premise
it means AD Connect unable to sync those objects exchange attributes, they are filtered, you need to join those objects manually from AD Connect console
search metaverse in console, within metaverse search problematic accounts a nd check if they are filtered, if yes change there state to join which should resolve issue
