office 2010 upgrade to 2016 pro

Hi,
I have customized office installation file and saved it under updates folder, we are upgrading office from 2010 to office 2016.
When i run the windows installer file from the updates folder, i get the error which i have attached.
I have run .net framework package, it didnt made any difference.

Any ideas whats required?

verify that the Hotfix or Service Pack exactly matches the version of the Autodesk software you have installed. For instance, if you have the 32-bit version  installed, then you will want to install a Hotfix 32-bit

and do we have to run  .Net Framework Cleanup Tool first and then run Microsoft .NET Framework Version 1.1 Redistributable Package
and Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1 ? there are around 1000 computers.

its working now, i can install office2016, by using the command "setup.exe /adminfile \\server\share\mychanges\custom.msp."

but to run " "setup.exe /adminfile" i have to copy whole installation folder of office on my local drive and then issue that command.

Is there a better way of running that command without copying the whole office folder on to local drive?
